Hey guys!
So I am all moved into my apartment, and it is pretty cool!!! I have one roommate and we each get our own room. We have one bathroom, a kitchen and living room. Also, we are on the 9th floor which is the top, so we have an amazing view of the city on one side and the river on the other. It’s really nice being able to cook our own food and everything. And on the floor right below us, we have a gym and a huge terrace with a great view. It’s about a 15 minute bike ride to class, which isn’t too bad.
This week we started the intensive Italian classes and there are only 3 people in my class, which is really cool because we get a lot more one-on-one time. Hopefully actually taking Italian will help me learn it faster. Before the class I was already picking it up pretty fast, but the class should really help. They say it will be amazing how much more we know in a couple of weeks.
On Saturday we went on a walking tour of Ferrara, which was really interesting. We got to see all the medieval and renaissance parts of the city, like the castles, cathedrals and cemeteries. I’m putting up some pics of what I saw!
