End of the 3rd Week of Classes!

Well I can't believe I have already finished my third week of classes here! And I have already been here for over 1 month! It has absolutly flown by! I have a really nice schedule this term because the earliest class I have starts at 1 PM on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, and 2 PM on Tuesdays. And I don't have any class on Fridays, which is really nice for when I want to travel. I am only taking 4 classes, which are Italian, Contemporary Italian Histoy, Italy and the EU, and Medieval/Renaissance History. They are all pretty interesting and the biggest class I have is only 8 people, which is a lot dfferent then what I'm used to. My Italian class only has 3 people in it, which I really like because it's a lot more one-on-one attention. It's going to be a lot different onceI get back to OSU!

This week we started our cooking classes. We got to make gnocci (pronounced knee-oh-kee), which is a potato pasta. We didn't get to make the dough, but we got to cut it and fold it in the right shapes. I had never had it before, and it was delicious! I want to bring the recipe home and try to make it, but I don't think it will taste like it did here :) There are 6 total cooking classes over the next couple of months, so we will get to make all kinds of things!

Tonight we are going to the Jazz Club in Ferrara. It is in one of the city wall's towers, so I heard it is really nice. And then, tomorrow night we are going to a new disco dance club just outside of town, which I'm really excited for! I will let everyone know how it is!!! :) :)
